I am writing in regards to customer service. I had ordered 2 bottles of tree-age 4 and 15 injectors. When I received the package the 15 injectors were there but only one bottle of tree-age 4. When inquiring to the company as to the other bottle I was told that they would investigate and get back with me. Well about a week later I had to call them. Their response was that they had checked everything. They did not come right out and say that I was lying but the implication was there. They also did not say that they would not send the bottle to me. Because their response was not out right I called again, again they said they would get back with me but they never did. Because I needed 2 bottles I ordered another one from another outfit. If nothing else they could have offered another bottle at half price. They probably would have gotten their money out of it and I would have been somewhat appeased.
I probably will not purchase from them again unless it is not feasible to get what I want from somewhere else.
They did tell me that if the product was not so expensive they would have just given it to me. So basically $ may be more important than the customer.
