Emerald ash borer was discovered in our town. I ordered chem and injectors and they arrived in 6 days. I was happy with the quality of the injectors. 2 days later my trees are treated.

Received chemical and injectors as ordered. Happy with service. Praying that it saves my shade trees.

Order arrived quickly and was well packaged. I would have liked to have the 11/64 drill bit included but I had one left over from prior treatments.

Time will tell if the treatment works and prevents aphids on my birch trees this year, but the product was very easy to apply with the injection system, and I really appreciate the stellar customer service in helping me find the right product and using it properly!

Tree-Age G4 injection kit

I am writing in regards to customer service. I had ordered 2 bottles of tree-age 4 and 15 injectors. When I received the package the 15 injectors were there but only one bottle of tree-age 4. When inquiring to the company as to the other bottle I was told that they would investigate and get back with me. Well about a week later I had to call them. Their response was that they had checked everything. They did not come right out and say that I was lying but the implication was there. They also did not say that they would not send the bottle to me. Because their response was not out right I called again, again they said they would get back with me but they never did. Because I needed 2 bottles I ordered another one from another outfit. If nothing else they could have offered another bottle at half price. They probably would have gotten their money out of it and I would have been somewhat appeased.
I probably will not purchase from them again unless it is not feasible to get what I want from somewhere else.
They did tell me that if the product was not so expensive they would have just given it to me. So basically $ may be more important than the customer.

Tipco has been nothing but great to me. Always going above and beyond with their customer service. Hands down favorite company to get my tree injection products from.
